This software driver is required in order to address our measuring and test instruments from a USB port at a PC:

A virtual COM port is installed to the PC by the driver. The port is then available for user programs.

This free software runs under Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. (only x86 and x64-Processors are supported, Windows 10 for ARM-based PCs are not supported)
