Concentric Kelvin probes make it possible to perform 4-wire measurements even at measuring points which are difficult to access or very close together, for example in control cabinets and inside electrical devices and equipment.

The concentric arrangement of the contacts also ensures that the current and sensing contacts are always engaged correctly – the sensing contact is always within the flow of current.

The probes are intended in particular for use with compatible instruments with 4-wire measuring function. The 4-wire measuring method compensates for measuring error due to cable and contact resistances. Extremely small resistance values are accurately measured.
